What is Wend?
Wend is a daily word puzzle: you trace hidden words through a small grid by connecting orthogonally adjacent letters, winding around fixed gray walls and using every open tile exactly once. PlayWendGame is a free, independent, fan-made site where you can play the daily board, unlimited puzzles, and the full archive on any device — no sign-in required.
Our Puzzles
Boards come in three sizes — 5×5, 6×6 and 7×7 — with four to seven hidden words, from three to eight letters long. Every board is computer-checked to have exactly one solution. We ship more than 3,000 hand-verified boards, plus a new daily puzzle and a full archive of past dailies.
